Frequently Asked Questions
1. Where do I access available RFPs?
You can locate RFPs sent to you through logging into your hotel portal and selecting the "RFP" tab.
2. Do you have an overview of the statuses associated with RFPs?
New - Hotel has been sent a new RFP
Opened - Hotel has opened RFP, but not responded
In Proposal - Hotel has submitted an RFP and the HoCo has received a copy
Accepted or Declined - HoCo has accepted or declined hotel’s proposal
Contract Pending - HoCo has drafted & sent agreement and it is awaiting hotel signature!
Pending Signature - Hotel has signed and the agreement needs to be signed by HoCo/CVB/Event Producer signature
Contracted - Executed agreement on file, process is complete
3. What if I don't have the room type requested or want to delete a requested room type?
You can delete room types by dropping down on the room type and selecting the red garbage can that says "Delete." Please note, the primary room type is always required. If you do not want to offer the requested room type you can select another room type from the dropdown.
